RECOMMENDATIONS

        The recommendations we have for Lululemon stem from the considerations of what Lululemon is, what it sells, and what it specializes in.

        For one, Lululemon clearly places emphasis on quality over pricing. The biggest jump for Lululemon would be to figure out how to make its product more affordable without losing quality and social “prestige” so-to-speak. When we talk about Lululemon in casual conversation, it is recognized as a prestigious brand with high quality products. The only issue is that these products can be out of the price range of many individuals. For Lululemon, the next step would be to figure out how to make their product more affordable. This can be achieved through a number of different ways, including rolling out new products.

        Additionally, Lululemon specializes in women's sportswear. Another way for them to branch out would be to enter the realm of mens sportswear. Now, that's not to say Lululemon does not sell menswear, because it does; but the choices are not nearly as versatile. By venturing out into another field, Lululemon has the potential to captivate another entire group of people. Their marketing process and lack of competition in the sector of high quality sportswear would make them an even bigger force.

        Finally, and the part that ties this all into Lululemon’s MIS is that they should utilize its social media marketing to a higher degree. There is already a large audience that follows Lululemon on, say, instagram, where they are posting almost daily and getting thousands of hits. Compounding this and expanding their engagement can be done by utilizing other platforms such as facebook, tiktok, and more.


        Lululemon appears to be in a great place, but taking some of these suggestions could help launch it into the stratosphere!
