Additionally, Lululemon specializes in women's sportswear. Another way for them to branch out would be to enter the realm of mens
sportswear. Now, that's not to say Lululemon does not sell menswear, because it
does; but the choices are not nearly as versatile. By venturing out into
another field, Lululemon has the potential to captivate another entire group of
people. Their marketing process and lack of competition in the sector of high
quality sportswear would make them an even bigger force.
Finally, and the part that ties this all into Lululemon’s MIS
is that they should utilize its social media
marketing to a higher degree.

on, say, instagram, where they are posting almost daily and getting
thousands of hits. Compounding this and expanding their engagement can be done
by utilizing other platforms such as facebook, tiktok, and more.
